Battlerope Burn is a programme designed to utilise the Battleropes through each part of your workout. Combined with some simplistic calisthenic movements you should definitely feel the burn. A Battlerope workout is a great way to change up your usual training pattern. It activates some of those muscles which are hard to train through the physical motion and the natural biomechanics of the body. This workout is both fun and challenging and is something your muscles will certainly feel over the days that follow. Welcome the DOMS!! (Delayed onset of muscle soreness).
