Double Up is a programme designed to work two primary muscle groups within the same fluid transition. Compounding two exercises together creates a heightened level of stress on the body and increases your muscle strength and endurance. It is developed for those who want to maximise their workouts in a shortened space of time. This type of training will help reduce fat while maintaining muscle and is ideal for those people who focus on functional training as oppose to muscle isolation.
