Give me 20 is a programme designed to develop full body muscle and cardiovascular endurance through a high rep range and a mid weight range cycle. With minimal rest between sets (about 40 seconds) your body will engage in 20 exercises, each with 20 reps. Your muscles will burn and your heart rate will elevate, promoting fat burning and muscle retention.
