Hell Week
Welcome to your next training session.

Hell Week is a programme designed to keep you occupied for 7 days. Something cardio based and something weights based. A challenging cardio session followed by four straightforward exercises with multiple repetitions and sets to make up 1HUNDY(100). Some of the exercises may be challenging, however, persevere one rep at a time until you reach your goal. When selecting the weight range to use we would suggest choosing a weight which will allow you to rep out with fatigue kicking in at the 20th repetition point. Oh and squeeze out those final 1000 abs to finish the week on a burn!
