Nope is a programme designed to make you think twice about taking it on. It is not to be taken lightly and requires an extended period of training. A mix of high repetition exercises and challenging cardiovascular training take your body on a journey that will most certainly push you to your very limits. We don’t expect anyone to be able to hit the repetition targets in one go, however we do want you to do as many reps as possible before you stop and only take minimal rest when you stop. The goal is to complete the 100 reps as soon as possible. This is a full body workout which might be the only workout you do in a week or maybe even the month. You might look at it and say ‘NOPE’ not doing it.
